Bone Town Theatre.Publicity Director & Graphic Designer, 2009.
COLLATERAL ENVIRONMENTAL PHOTOGRAPHY MARKETING The Bone Town Theatre was an experimental, speak-easy style black box theatre located on the edge of Burlington's Old North End. It catered to the lifestyles of the city's bohemians and thespians. To kick off the launch of the BTT, The Grand Poobah Theatre Festival was organized as a three-night event with an encore on the fourth day. The event brought well-known playwrights and talent from all over Vermont, from nationally known names like Anaïs Mitchell and Bread & Puppet, to more local favorites like Lee Anderson and Stephen Goldberg. Although the life of the Bone Town was short-lived due to zoning, its message flourished during its short life and it was able to house a jam-packed stint of events following the Poobahs. I worked directly with the founder and Artistic Director to come up with the overall brand of the theatre, as well as the branding, promotional materials, and physical environment of the opening festival. |
